"Why should I use you instead of Geek Squad?" - Great question, did you know those "geeks" behind the counter are not even certified to work on computers? That's right! When you take your computer to Geek Squad they run a CD on your computer, press a few buttons, and that's pretty much it. If they cannot fix it, they won't. We've used Geek Squad in the past, they said we could not save our 5,000+ emails in Microsoft Outlook, guess what, we saved every single email! Oh, and then we saved the computer itself and got it back up and running! Geek Squad recommended we format our hard drive and pretty much delete everything. All they had to do was spend 30 minutes or more to fix the problem! They didn't know any better, so they recommended charging me $149.95 to just format my computer. Ha, yea, right! A true computer geek knows how to enter into the Bios, get into Safe Mode, and get you back up and running. Don't let the big guys fool you.
